- Provide service for Cybercafe setup with package. (cabling work, computer setup, game software and cybercafe system)
- Liaising with other maintenance vendor (HP, ACER, IBM and etc) for problem reporting. Place service call and follow up until problem resolved.
- Provide troubleshooting service to end users thru the phone to resolved simple issue on desktop/laptop.
- Perform IT project roll out including cabling work (UTP) and relocation of equipment.
- Installation and setup for computer networking (LAN, WLAN and Hotspot) for home or office users.
- Web site development and graphic design.
- Upgrading desktop/laptop performance.
In order to strengthen its position and stay competence, it is our intention to diversify through related integration either backward to source of supply or forward to the ultimate consumer.
